Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
• You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp update once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India (or specify amount, e.g., “Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000”).
• A nominal delivery charge may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to cover handling and courier costs.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders are typically delivered within 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Metro cities may receive deliveries sooner, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
• During festive seasons or unforeseen delays (such as strikes, weather disruptions, or courier network issues), shipping times may be extended.

4. Courier Partners

• We partner with reputed logistics providers like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
• All shipments are insured and trackable.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status in real time.

6. Packaging & Safety

• Each jewelry piece is securely packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• Please do not accept the package if it appears to be tampered with or damaged.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is not available at the moment.

8. International Shipping

• Currently, we ship only within India.

9. Delays or Issues

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team at care@aarmajewels.com
• We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
