- A nominal delivery charge may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to cover handling and courier costs.

- Orders are typically delivered within 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Metro cities may receive deliveries sooner, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
- During festive seasons or unforeseen delays (such as strikes, weather disruptions, or courier network issues), shipping times may be extended.
4. Courier Partners
- We partner with reputed logistics providers like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
- All shipments are insured and trackable.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status in real time.
6. Packaging & Safety
- Each jewelry piece is securely packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Please do not accept the package if it appears to be tampered with or damaged.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is not available at the moment.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India.

9. Delays or Issues
